Our website provides an AI-powered chatbot service known as “ASK Bionime” to answer questions related to Bionime products, primarily our blood glucose meters and related diabetes management products.

(1) Purpose. ASK Bionime is designed to assist you with product information, troubleshooting (e.g., glucose meter error codes, strip handling, device pairing), warranty queries, and general guidance on the use of our products.

(2) What we collect. When you interact with ASK Bionime, we collect the conversation content you submit (including any text, images of devices/test strips, or voice messages you choose to share) together with basic technical metadata (timestamp, session ID, device/browser type).

(3) Data sharing — our commitment. Conversation data from ASK Bionime is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing, advertising, or any independent commercial purpose. Where the chatbot relies on infrastructure or AI model providers (such as cloud hosting and large-language-model service providers), those providers act strictly as data processors under written agreements that:

(6) Do not submit unnecessary sensitive data. We strongly recommend that you avoid submitting your NRIC number, full medical history, or financial information into the chatbot, as it is not designed to receive such data.
